Is there a way to select multiple images/instances on successive frames and move/transform them within the project window?

Move the drawing in the first frame using the Panning tool
Undo, using the shortcut Undo: Last Action
Highlight your sequence the usual way
Redo, using the shortcut key Shape: Apply

This sounds unintuitive but think of what's going on: You move something in the first frame and then by highlighting more frames than the first you fool TVP into shifting them all. Many other similar actions can be done using this trick.

Otherwise, you can also do it with the KeyFramer.
