I had the trial version of TVPaint 8.0 for Mac. The trial period ran out and I decided to take the plunge and purchase a full upgrade license . I have my Unlock Code and it worked fine to unlock the trial version which is now fully functional TVP 8.0.
However, here is my problem:
I followed the link to the updated version , downloaded it ,
and tried to install but I get an error message "Open Failed. Couldn't open "tvpa11c_mac_update.mpkg" .
I am running Mac OS 10.4.8 on a MacBook (Intel processor).
Does anyone know why the update installer won't open or has anyone else encountered this problem?
Should I uninstall the previous version (TVPaint 8.0) then try to reinstall the newest version ? How do I uninstall ; I can't find an uninstall option in TVPaint , so do I simply drag it all to the Trash and that takes care of uninstalling ? Will my unlock code still work if I do that ? Thanks.

Hi David,
Here is the link to download the 10.0 version of Stuffit :

This is a link for mac only. Installing the 10.0 version can fix problem with the installer due to an older version.
