Set the Flood fill tool ith George

Is it possible to get and set the proporties of the flood fill tool with george especially the opacity?

Its actually because I want to make an action that switch to the flood fill and uses the same color as the penbrush with the same opacity(well actualle uses the power from the penbrush as the opacity in the flood fill)
