Crop tool is innacurate/sticky

I've been experiencing this strange sticky behavior in the crop tool ever since the crop tool was upgraded to support rotation.
I've chosen to deal with this since then but I think this really needs to be addressed in the next update because sometimes it really does not want to co-operate especially when you want to be pixel accurate.
