Allow us to Fullscreen on one screen.

I think people would find it more intuitive if the fullscreen functionality only expanded tvpaint on the active monitor that it is on.
There is still use for it to fullscreen on all monitors but I think that should be a separate option..
Right now my only solution to achieve this is to use a third party application called "Borderless Gaming"
