Rotate/Zoom on Android

Something I really love about TVPaint is how fast I can move around in the drawing area. Alt to pan, Alt + Right click to zoom, Alt + Ctrl to rotate the canvas.
Unfortunately it seems you can't use Ctrl in Shortcuts on Android (and you can't change the rotate shortcut), so you're stuck with the 15ยบ shortcuts. The right click of my stylus doesn't seem to work on TVPaint for Android either, but I found an old post from Fabrice, where he mentioned that you can assign a shortcut to TOOLS >> RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON, which is great, but it seems the Android version won't accept this type of right mouse button either.
Is there maybe another way to use this stepless zoom on Android?

I paired a bluetooth mouse with the tablet to see if the right click of it works with TVPaint and it doesn't if "Stylus only" is activated. If I deactivate it the right click works as expected, but than you would get annoying palm marks everywhere on the canvas.
