Localization issues: Trouble handling double-byte characters in TVPaint for Mac

Apart from verifying the operation of TVPaint 11.7.1, I would like to report that a Japanese user found a problem that may have occurred on the Mac version of TVPaint 11.5 or later.
・When using double-byte characters, the characters before conversion are not displayed in the window.
Windows does not have the same problem. Can it be improved?
