Corrupt file + Question

Hi, I've got a problem with an exercice for school, the file doesn't want to open, it seems corrupted
Maybe someone can solve this problem please ?

Another thing, TvPaint 11.7.1 nor 11.7.0 keep crashing when I unplug my tablet (maybe a bug with the resolution switching in an automatic way) or when I use the KeyFrammer for example, is that a normal issue ?
