rotation in the crop tool

i have a project of which i need to change the view angle.
modify project nor the crop tool will let me do that.
So my request is: i would like to see an angle option added to both items (crop tool and modify project.
Now i can use the keyframer to import the project into a new project using the keyframer and set the correct bank angle.
or i can use the camera tool, set an angle and export using camera.
but these options only allow one layer at a time.
if i have a multilayered project i have to repeat these steps for each layer, which is quite cumbersome, a simple crop would be instant.
