When are we getting an update on 11.7?

Was just curious if when we're getting a full changeling of 11.7 or release date as outlined in the
Cartoon Brew post?

And a more important question:
Will we be able to draw on a layer (again) when stencil is enabled?

Indeed, an option has been added to get the same behaviour as version 10.

@Xavier, I have a quick question about the new TVPaint Converter tool. Is it possible to continue work in TVPaint Animation 11.7 Pro WIBU while the new TVPaint Converter tool is exporting? Could be fantastic.
