Corrupted tvp file

My pc freezes and crashes a lot, I'm used to it and the worse that can happen is I lose progress on my works because I forgot to save constantly, but this is the first time I've had a file corrupt and idk what to do, when I try to open it Tv paint just loads forever. It works perfectly fine aside from this one file so I'm pretty sure it's corrupted.

Hello, it seems that the content of your file has been erased completely. By examining it, we found out that it seems to have been created using a cracked TVPaint version.
