Hello, I have two files that won't open in the softwares and neither do either of the variants.

Hi again. As displayed in your topic, the file you attached weights 196 bytes only. The one you uploaded on the share reaches 439 bytes.
It's possible that your hard disk filesystem is corrupted.

Ok, are you sure that you uploaded the actual tvpp file and not a desktop link ?
