right click stylus intermitently not working

Hi,
I'm getting a weird bug where the right click I assigned to the stylus sometimes doesn't work.
It still registers in other Windows spaces (other programs) but not in tvpaint.
Sometimes it comes back when the "proxy" indicator reaches 100% but I don't know if its a coincidence because sometimes it doesn't ... I have no idea why this would happen intermitently like this.
I'm on a office computer so I don't have admin rights, I'd love to have an idea of what could fix this before I bother the ever so busy IT team.
did anyone encounter this before ? any idea what I should do ?
running windows 10
tvpaint 11 pro 64bits
cintiq 22hd
