Upcoming Microsoft's Nuance Voice Recognition with TVPaint 12, Probably for Windows 11

I was wandering did you read the news that Microsoft bought Nuance company, Voice Recognition Company?
I'm not if you need program to do this not, or Microsoft new feature will do it for you, but I don't know, maybe you should ask Microsoft?
Implement Voice Recognition for TVPaint.
Examples:
1. "For Frames 10 to 30, set it 3 Frames".
2. "On Notes, Frame 8 to 26 Make the Trees Pink"
3. "Go to Timesheet"
4. "Preset FX, ' Name of your Customize Preset' "
5. Network, connect to _______ and have Presets to connect to people.
6. Something with Subtitles and with FX
Japanese and English!
