convert frames to clips

for drawing storyboards an asset would be:
- draw each panel on a frame in timeline
- convert each frame to a clip
- edit the clips further in project view

why? so you can use the light table while drawing stoyboard panels. as far as i can see this is not possible? (it's logical as which frame of clip the lightbox should aim at?) it's why one would choose toonboom storyboard over tv paint.

mode bookmark should be able to do this, but it currently doesnt.
the "Frame > bookmark " is an option when exporting storyboards, this allows you to export multiple designated frames from each clip into a storyboard publish, by bookmarking them.

I see no reason why the lightable should not be able to display bookmarked frames from following or preceding clips.

feature request! (it probabbly already is)
