No playback preview when using KeyFramer

If I remember correctly in previous versions of TVPaint when I was using KeyFramer FX and press play, it would preview with the scene with the fx on.
In 11.7 Pro it doesn't work. I am unable to preview the shot with the FX visible. I see it frame by frame, Preview is on, but still when I click play it just plays the original animation.
Did I miss something?

I've noticed this happening on and off in 11.7. (It doesn't always happen, which makes it difficult to document it as a bug) What fixes it for me is to uncheck the Preview box at lower left of FX Stack panel and then immediately check the Preview box again, then hit Play. Then it plays the scene with FX Stack Preview.

Nope, didn't work. Still no preview.

I notice this issue still happening in 11.7.2 .

In previous versions of TVPaint when using KeyFramer FX and pressing play, TVPaint would playback a preview of the scene with the FX.

Since 11.7 to 11.7.1 to 11.7.2 when the user presses play it does not playback a preview of the FX , unless the user first unchecks the box "Preview" at the bottom left of the FX Stack panel, then checks the "Preview" box again. After doing that it will playback a preview of the FX. So the workaround is easy (although in the previous post Soom mentions it does not work for him), but this still seems like a bug that should be fixed.
