How can i flip coloring layer stripes.

Hello my question is how can i flip coloring layer,coloring stripes. So in shorter i have colored a scene where everything is fliped. So i don't have to color them again ,so i tried to just flip them. Everything went well in preview the coloring lines are fliped and showing correctly where they have to be. But when i press apply fx to this layer or whatever it doesn't flip and goes back to original position. And that is my problem,that i can't flip coloring layer.

Be aware that there's a flip view, and a flip image command. Select the frames you want to flip and apply the latter, it's in the image menu.

the CTG layer only has limited options.
For those flipped frames...
i think you probably need to export the ctg layer and then apply the flip to that layer
