Export failing

Hi there,

I'm having an export error, what does this mean?

Error avio_open: 1367088

Hello Garth, which TVPaint 11 version are you currently using? It can be found in the "Help > About TVPaint" window.

It seems like your TVPaint's configuration needs to be reset.
First, you can export your custom settings: https://www.tvpaint.com/doc/tvp11/index ... m-settings
Keep CTRL pressed when launching TVPaint from the desktop shortcut. The Startup Panel will appear, you can use it to create a new config file, then launch TVPaint.

If it doesn't work, press Windows + R and write %appdata% in the field, then press Enter, then in the new window, look for the TVPaint folder, then inside the "default" folder, delete the config.ini file to reset TVPaint's configuration.
