I'd like to be able to add a frame to all three layers of my project at the same time so that the layers (background, characters, overlays) never get out of sync with each other. I tried selecting three layers at once and then choose the command "Layer: Insert single image after current image", but it only adds an image to the highlighted layer.
Am I missing something? Please offer any suggestions. Thanks!
