Hey, nice to see you'r still around :)

By registration system do you mean a purchase gateway or serial number system? Hope it's easy to fix, I'm dying to try out ppallete, it looks so sweet from your yt videos. Thanks for those btw, learned a lot from them :)

I haven't made any changes to PPalette in a while and I don't really care to continue developing it regularly or worry about dealing with sales and customers and the like. So, I'm releasing it for free for everyone. Thanks to everyone who bought a license in the past.

If I have the time, I'll release the source on sourceforge later.

I can't assign a hotkey to the dartboard.
I use preferences > keyboard shortcuts > but i don't find the dartboard to assign a hotkey to in the command list. >The plugin is active because i can use it in the program.

thanks in advance for the help

You have to install the .tvpx custom panel to get the ppalette shortcuts to appear in the hotkey dialog.

Updated to 7.20
Added two additional modes for that little lighten/darken lightbulb icon
To access them, Right-click the top left colour swatch to see options->lightbulb button
"Native" mode means to use TVP's built in lighten/darken mode which is very fast
"CIE" mode uses PPalette's algorithm which is much slower and uses the spare and merge modes (not recommended)
"Add/Colorize" mode uses TVP's build in add/colorize painting modes

Updated to 7.50

Added an auto-lighten/darken mode (ctrl-click the lightbulb while it is set to either native or add/col mode)

Tightened up the A-B gradient slider mode

Added a COPASO-style colour picker to the gradient modes.

Image
  • left click to grab the colour from a swatch
  • right click to set a colour swatch
  • left drag to resize a swatch
  • left double click to add a swatch (max of 8.)
  • left tap-drag to change the order of swatches
  • right double-click to remove swatches
  • right drag to switch between saved presets (5 presets stored in the colourschemes.cfg file in your plugins folder)
* A tap-drag is like a doubleclick, except you don't release the button on the second click - instead, you drag the stylus.

I am REALLY late to the game here, having not explored this forum enough obviously. I didn't even know about this plugin till now. And it's funny how I was just thinking yesterday how I'd love to see a palette similar to the one in Painter, and one I recently discovered for Photoshop, for TVP! And here we are! There's synchronicity at work again.

Just want to say thanks heaps for this :)

Ha! thanks to you, I just discovered Len's palette plugin! That settles a long-time beef I've had against Photoshop!
