Export selected frames

Post by Joost »

Hello,

I'm still using TVPaint 10.5. One of the main reasons I won't upgrade is that one really handy function was not implemented (or maybe I just can't find) in TVPaint 11, that was standard in TVPaint 10:

When I select some frames in the timeline, and hit "export" it automatically added an in- and outpoint to the selected frames. This is a really fast way to export a selection of frames and I use this a lot.
Is there a reason why it's not implemented in TVP11? It seems that I have to manually add an in- and out point every time I want to export a couple of frames.

This is the main reason why I'm still using TVP10. the downside is I will be never able to upgrade my computer since TVPaint 10 will not work on the new mac operating systems...

Will this function ever come back? Or will I have to keep using my old computer and TVPaint for the rest of my life? :)

Thanks!

In v11.5.1, which should be released (if everything goes right on our side) at the end of the month :)

I am glad to read that this useful Export function will be restored in version 11.5.1.

Yes, apparently it's been quite a while :)

Actually that was quite straightforward to do.
