Notes layer issue Topic is solved

Hi,
I am having trouble with the “notes” layer. When I go to write with any of the pencils a line will appear until I lift my pen off the cintiq surface, then the line disappears. I have used the “notes” before without an issue. Is this a glitch? I have updated my GFX card driver, still the same issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Is your issue only on the Notes timeline or everywhere ? Which OS do you use ?

I can draw everywhere else, just not in the “notes” timeline.

Here are my system specs:
Windows 10, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz 3.79 GHz
64 GB RAM, TVPaint 11.7.1, Wacom Cintiq 24 Pro.
Wacom driver version 6.4.3-1

Hi Jason,

What is your interface scaling (in the Preferences > Interface panel)?
We are aware that there is a bug with the Notes layer if the scaling is at 1.5 or 2.5. Please try with 1 or 2 and see if the issue still happens.

Hi Thierry,

That worked! I had my scaling at 1.5 - I do like the layout look at that size. Setting it to 1 does fix the problem.
