bug in new project

when in the new project panel and you try to set a framerate from the dropdownpanel, if its a framerate above the "new project" button
TVPaint will open a new project right away...
This should not happen.

maybe its double clicking there?

Indeed, but it's an old bug : I reproduced it also with the release 11.0.10.
