How do I make it play at a specific frame?
It always starts all the way over at frame 1. I want it to start playing at frame 157. How do I make it do that?

Set the Mark-In point where you want it to start playing at frame 157.

In the screenshot below it shows Mark-In point set at frame 17 and Mark-Out point set at frame 44.
This will only play from frame 17 to frame 44.
