TVPAPThumbnail9.dll is used by explorer to display preview. So you need to close any explorer windows during installation.
If it does not solve the problem you should close all other applications or, the best way, re-start Windows.

It seems the localization file is missing or you have not the rights to access it. Have you an administration account or just a user one?

Are you sure that the correct codec (the one selected in the export options) is installed on your system?
Maybe the selected one is not one of the codecs installed on your system.

You can start by reading the user manual by pressing F1 in TVP Animation.
It is written as a compilation of lots of mini-tutorials.

9.5 free update is only available for TVP Animation 9 users.
As TVP Animation 8 user, you need to upgrade to benefit of the 9.5 version. All is explain in the Newsletter.

This depends on MacroSystem. I'm sure TVPaint will not start CBPaint development without any guarantee from them, don't you?

It's on a PC , Animation Pro, and Quicktime 7.6.2. Does TVP require 24p video or will handle 29.97 OK? Great animation! The use of the chineese brush is a great choice!

Very interesting music video! It's a great action to do this king of video for non-profit organizations! Especially when it is for children!

Concerning the music video there letter lightning is not in phase with music when enumerating STEP first time.
