Pixelation in playback after reinstalling 10.0.13

Post by djsolomon »

After reinstalling 10.0.13 i am getting pixelation in my playback ...
I can't figure out how to make it go away . I can post an image if I need to .
I think it might be a default setting?

Hi Debra,

me and some other users also mentioned some kind of misbehaviour after updating to 10.0.13.
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6362" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Try to deactivate the "@ barbeque" function under preferences / general. Maybe that helps.
If not, I would play with the "cache" settings under preferences / Memory & Cache.

I am happy to report that after reinstalling 13 in 32 bit and 64 ...my playback was fixed
I am not exactly sure why... maybe the file was corrupt?
thank you for responses to my post and a shout out to Paul - who is the most patient and
generous man in animation - I am so grateful for his help and the forum!
Happy New Years !!!!

I have no idea what I said to help, unless Debra is referring to my last piece of advice, which was to bang hard on top of the computer and the Wacom tablet too, for good measures. This always fixed my radios when I was her age. :|

Ha! If heavy metal is all it takes to make one violent, I would have been in jail a long time ago \m/ >< \m/
