Keying Delete all colors expt one

Is it possible to delete all colors exept one?

I can do it with
FX-color key
copy to spare
undo

apply spare subtract alpha

is there a easier way
I would also be nice if it could be I way where I could make a script to rin it on every frame of my animation?

what I use to do is a 3 steps operation :
- duplicate the Anim layer
- apply a ColorKey (the color you want to keep in fine), and set this layer to Stencil,
- back to the original layer, select All frames + Clear.
