License rehost help!

Post by xinhuima »

Hi! I recently upgraded from my old mac pro to the new mac studio, I have use migrate assistant to transfer my file on the new device, not sure if thats the issue.
BUT I'm having trouble rehosting on to the new device, I have deactivated my license on the old device following the tutorial, but I'm still seeing the temp license is activated on the old mac pro in the same code meter container when I'm checking on my new device. I've checked and made sure to deactivated when I'm on the old device.

Please help!
Thanks!!!

Hello, license files cannot be cloned from one computer to another using a disk duplication utility.
Some obsolete Codemeter data must have been copied to your new Mac, which prevents a license from being activate the usual way.
I sent you an email :)
