Dongle does not working

I need help.
My dongle is not working (its weird because the light of the usb is good)

I don't know how to solve it.

Hello,

I have exactly the same issue.

I tried updating from 11.0.10 to 11.5.3 and after installation TVPaint won't open any more. I get the same message window as in the original post. Dongle is there, dongle light is on. I tried replugging the dongle, I tried reinstalling the Sentinel drivers. All to no avail.

Any idea what to do...?

(I am on Windows 10 64b)

Michael, Nathan, can you try this version of the Sentinel drivers: https://owncloud.tvpaint.com/index.php/ ... ggTDcxo39O ?

If it still doesn't work, I would suggest migrating to the new dongleless system.
Safenet dongles are a legacy protection system, and we won't be supporting them forever (it's been almost a year since we've stopped using them for new users).

Hi!

I also have the same problem on my macbook (Big Sur 11.6). I use TVP 11.5.3 and the dongle still works fine on windows, but not on my Mac after I updated it.

I guess the only solution is to move to the dongleless system? Is there a tutorial for that somewhere? :”)

Little update: I just installed the dongleless version and everything seems to be working fine. :)

I am sorry I have the same issue. I am on windows 10.
I would love to keep my dongle solution if possible.
The link to the sentinel driver is not working anymore would it be possible to update that?
