After power-cut, TVPaint won't open the project

I was working on TVPaint project when power-cut happened. After turning TVPaint on again, timeline contained only one blank frame, as it's a new project. Project's name and size remained as it should. Is there a way to recover the project? It is very important to me, thanks!

yes! tech support fixed my file, I understand it wasn't an easy task, so I'm very grateful for what they've done
