User Profile

Post by daninski »

Hi,

I tend to move workstations a lot and I find I spend a good 10 mins getting my shortcuts loaded in, my panels, my preferred colour scheme for the display ;) and my rooms set up.
What would be awesome is if you could save all your preferences and custom panels to one User Profile file. This way I could log into a new work station, load my profile and it would have the same shortcuts and commands, and look straight away.

How does that sound?

You can already move/copy your configuration to another workstation, by copying the "tvp animation 11 [pro]" folder located in %appdata% (Windows) or ~/Library (Mac).
But I agree, making it more obvious, or having an option in the software to open the file explorer to where the profile is saved would be a good idea.
