I did not receive an invitation for the user accounts. I tried creating on myself on the website but it didn't show any invoice information. Please set me up with a working account.
Another thing I could use assistance with, I recently started migrating my computer platform from Mac OS X to Ubuntu 16.4 LTS. Can get a installation of TV Pain Pro 11 for Linux that would work with my existing dongle?

Hi.
I just recently found out about the user accounts and for some reason when I tried to log in or reset my password, it tells me that my email is invalid.

I'm facing the same invalid username\wrong email\password issue in 2020.
I tried contacting them but so far except sending me another register mail with lock-unlock codes, nothing helpful has been done yet. I still can't log in
