I've been considering getting an iPad lately. Purchased some sketch and animation apps for my iPhone a while back, but the screen is just too darn small and I never got around to getting a stylus for it so they remain mostly unused.

This topic reminded me of a post over on Louie Del Carmen's blog that I read the other week. He tested some of the stylus' (stylii? what's the plural for that?!!) that are available for the iPad, I thought the results were interesting, despite lack of pressure sensitivity etc. I think if you could get used to changing brush opacity or layering flat colours on top of each other, you could create some great work!

Still only a 1280x800, but it looks like the best to go around for the moment is the Asus eee Pad

768x1368 res. Also it seems to accept i7 core, but only i5 core is on sale actually.
