TVP 8pro on windows 7

After a long absence I have Loaded TVP pro 8 onto my newly formatted W7 machine. I find that I am unable to open the manual from the program. It claims not to be able to find it which is strange because I have recently downloaded it and put it in the data folder as per instructions. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong

Did you install it into "C:\Program Files\TVPaint Developpement\TVPaint Animation\Data" and let the name "manual.pdf" ?

Which does error message appear ?
