Dongle/License installation error

Hello,

I just got a new laptop and am trying to install TVPaint onto it, since it's already installed on my PC. I followed the steps on how to install the program, but never got a prompt to install Sentinel Protection Installer, which I think is my problem, because every time I try to open the program, it just says I need to activate my license on my Webdepot.
Any fixes for this would be appreciated. I have an attachement that shows the error.

Hello JoshSketch, your license is dematerialized and doesn't required the Sentinel driver, but the included Codemeter driver.
If your license is already activated on another computer, please note that before using it on a new machine, or formatting or critical hardware change, the license must be deactivated from the very same computer it was previously activated on:
