Projects not visible after importing custom config

At work on TVP 11.7.1 STD my PROJECTS panel is totally empty (see screenshot) after I import the config from my home computer (which is a Mac and it's TVP 11.7.1 Pro). If I switch to default config, everything is fine again.
I tried going into the config.ini file, as I would usually do when something like this happens, but I cannot find the setting for this specific problem.
Anyone know how to solve it without having to reconfig everything from scratch again?

Hello Soom,

Some issues may indeed occur when replacing either config. file since they differ between the Standard and Professional Editions. I am not sure we'd be able to pinpoint which combination of settings in the Professional Edition could lead to such a problem in the Standard Edition but someone else may have an idea...
