looking for the old sketchpanel

Hi, does anyone have the old sketchpanel custompanel on hand (see image)?

i prefer the softer blue color that it uses, but cannot find it anywhere.
I could also try and rebuild it... but that pixelmatrix command is pretty unintuitive and the tvpaintwiki site
which could help with deciphering it seems to be down.
