Add Jitter Function to Pencil Tool

I'm working on a small illustration 8 x 10 inches 400 DPI. I notice there's hardly any rough edge when I draw. Can you add jitter function to pencil tool? The pencil tool seems really REALLY bad working at High DPI. I wish you can tweak the pencil tool so it can work at High DPI up to 1200 DPI like Manga Illustration is when they use tone. It needs something to make it look rougher I don't know what it is.

Paper 01 Hardness 82%, Size 70.18% Inverted.

and

Paper 34 Hardness 16%, Size 226.18%.

The Actual Viewing Size for web is 780 x 972 from 3252 x 4052.

Do you know how to edit existing paper? I don't know actual size of texture paper to edit them without distortions. Do edit them at 100% Size? It be nice if you can be able right click the paper textures - > "Create Canvas to Edit" the contrast a bit.

You just need to know where to look. On Mac, it's TVpaint.app/Contents/Resources/papers. Papers are stored as .dip, TVP opens them easily. Save as DEEP (which is .dip) again.

if you want to have more control of your line quality i'd go for a custombrush.
this tool offers many more controls for you to get just the line roughness you like.
Added benefit is that you can make the brush dynamic, in the sense that you can use an animation of an increasingly rougher shape as your drawing tip, and let the animation of that brush be connected to pressure for instance so that if you press harder say... the line becomes thicker and more rough or the other way around...whatever you choose.
