Shift-F flips the view of everything (press again to get back to normal). See "Zoom" in Keyboard Shortcuts for other options.

I checked the modify project-panel and saw that there was a possibility to rotate the project, but not to flip it.
What you are looking for is in the View menu , not in the Project menu.

I think in the default 11.5 keyboard shortcuts Shift F is assigned as the shortcut for Layer: Go to Image .

The default shortcut for Flip horizontally is the bracket key [
Flip vertically is bracket key ] .

(of course , it's possible to make custom settings by pairing almost any key to the shortcut command preferred , but if emiliogrady has not made any customizations to the shortcuts
then the bracket keys [ ] should be the keys needed to temporarily flip the entire image (all layers) horizontally or vertically. And pressing [ or ] again will return the view to the normal orientation.
