Problem with Lock Code

Hello!

I recently purchased the student TVPaint 11.0.10(64 bit) Standard version. I'm currently in a bind when it comes to the lock-code.
I got my email for my lock/unlock code but the unlock code does not match up. And I cannot enter the lock code in the software.
I'm also using Windows 10.
