Sunglasses Icon Missing on Color & Text Layer
So I'm trying to use the handy coloring technique in TV Paint I saw in this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FDjQNvbgzmw) but I dont get the sunglasses icon that makes it all happen. Is there any way I can get this feature as a plugin or something? I'm using TV Paint 11 Standard

Unfortunately, the standard version does not have a CTG layer function.
