Hi,
I just got an external CD-Drive to install TVPaint and now when I launch the program after installing, it says that it cannot detect the dongle. I am using a 2019 Macbook Pro and it is using an external extension dock from USB-A to USB-C for clarification. I would really appreciate some support on this issue.

Hello adatta,
I think you probably didn't install the dongle drivers.
On the TVPaint disk image, double click on the "DongleDrivers-PreCatalina" icon:
Then, after the installation, go in the System Preferences, in the Security and Privacy tab, and click on the "Allow" button that will have appeared:

This is the only thing I'm getting when I open the MacOsX64 folder.

This is another issue that comes up when I click "allow" from my system preferences.

I actually got it to work but now I am confused on how to get an Unlock code...I don't see an option to register on the website.
