See the origins of TVPaint running on the Commodore Amiga in this youtube video I posted last night.
TVPaint was truly light years ahead of Photoshop or anything else in the 90's, and it's spirit lives on today.

Nice work Paul. Looks to be a fascinating slice of your life. Can't wait to see more. I'm fascinated to see your actual workspace in photographic form as well. Still sad I didn't get to make that detour to visit years ago. Hope you are well.

Re: Stroke Animator alternatative (stamp brush and advance to next frame)
Interesting. Good find! I had no idea shortcut keys could be appended, in all my years of TVP.
I wish I could get it to work with pen pressure for size / opacity and azimuth etc!

This is beautiful water stuff!
Can anyone think of a way to seamlessly tile it? For use in a video game for example?

Re: TVPaint on 68k Amiga - With Pressure Sensitivity
It was an incredible machine at the time. I did six films for Sesame Street on the Amiga. The Vampire accelerator is both a stand alone unit (a new Amiga compatible with far more power than any existing Amiga from the past for 2019) as well as an accelerator for the older machines. But there is no s...

Re: TVPaint on 68k Amiga - With Pressure Sensitivity
There's an accelerator coming out called the Vampire 1200 that will change all of that. ' The Vampire is already out for Amiga 600, 500, 1000, 2000 ... and it gives the true color output that TVPaint Amiga needs. In fact the vampire accelerator makes the amiga 500, 600 the fastest Amiga alive, inclu...

Re: Another multiplane camera test for fun :)
It's difficult to see what you're trying to do without seeing your character in motion, but here's a little test I did using the particle FX and a little 15 frame cloud I made for the animated smoke particle. http://www.cartoonmonkey.com/lam/smoketest.zip Where there are hand placed keyframes right ...
