Dear TVPainters who use Wacom hardware. I know for a fact that I am not alone in this. For several years me and other animators have to keep working on older Wacom drivers because whatever they did with their updates is not working as expected. With all their newer drivers I am having multiple issue...

Ok, after downgrading the Wacom driver to 6.3.38-2 and turning on the High DPI scaling override with "System (enhanced)", it now finally works as expected. Also the Wacom pen acts normal. My mistake was upgrading the Wacom driver, forgetting that the new drivers have irreversible problems ...

Unfortunately this didn't fix the issue. Now my Wacom pen pointer doesn't match the location anymore! so I had to go back to the huge top bar... frustrating and so weird... I tried all possible high DPI settings in Windows - no luck. I'm starting to suspect Wacom driver, but not sure... tvp_pen_scre...

I finally fixed it by going into compatibility setting for TVPaint and changing High DPI scaling override to "System (enhanced)" (see screenshot):

Looks like the Display settings may need an adjustment. Check to see it is set to the recommended size (or lower) and not something extremely large. To get my top bar to look like as big as yours, I'd have to set it to 300%. **TVPaint won't respond to this change in scaling until you close and reop...

I wasn't working much on TVP on Windows recently, so I did not notice this before: the top menu bar on my Cintiq is humongous! it takes too much space - it might be something trivial, but I cannot find how to fix it (see screenshot). for clarity - I am using 2 displays with very different resolution...

I am working now in a studio on TVP 11.5.3, Windows 10, and TVPaint always crashes when computer goes to sleep. I had to disable the sleep-mode completely, but it's not a solution - just a workaround... is it something known? it doesn't seem to happen on other machines though...

That's one advantage that ToonBoom Harmony has - I wish such Pegs system was in TVPaint too, but it's a long shot...

hmm, I don't think it is generated by Apple - all other apps, that don't use Preferences from this menu, don't have them listed...

On Mac usually the Preferences of any app can be opened through the most left menu item with the app's name. TVPaint lists that option in the menu, but it is greyed out. for a moment I got confused until I remembered that in TVP you have to open preferences from Edit menu. question is why is it then...
