Actually a search for the word "initialize" doesn't come up with anything in the manual.

Usually this means deleting the settings file somewhere in the bowels of C drive and letting an app recreate it the next time it starts. Maybe someone can verify that.

Thanks for the suggestion of intitializing the settings Hironori. I didn't know there was a way to do that. Will I find it in the manual?

Attached are two files which open in WMP and VLC, but won't import into my installation of TVP. If others can import them, there's something wrong with my installation.

The clips are only a few megs each - ie postable size, I think - but I can't see a button for posting a video clip on a forum reply. Nor an email address to get them to TVP support.

I can. How do I upload or send them? They're only about 4 MB.

Searching for reports of issues importing video from Sorenson into tvp or any other application, I come up with nothing. That leads me to assume that the issue may not be with video from Sorenson.

Xavier, can TVP support offer anything here?

Thanks ST The formats I'm attempting are .mp4, .mov, .m2v, and .vc1. The .mov and .mp4 versions open in Window Media Player (and VLC).
