TVPAPThumbnail9.dll is used by explorer to display preview. So you need to close any explorer windows during installation.
If it does not solve the problem you should close all other applications or, the best way, re-start Windows.

It seems the localization file is missing or you have not the rights to access it. Have you an administration account or just a user one?

9.5 free update is only available for TVP Animation 9 users.
As TVP Animation 8 user, you need to upgrade to benefit of the 9.5 version. All is explain in the Newsletter.

It's on a PC , Animation Pro, and Quicktime 7.6.2. Does TVP require 24p video or will handle 29.97 OK? Ok bug confirmed. :) Yay, found my first bug :) to delete a point on a Bezier spline, select it and RMB-Click (on the selected point)/Delete Point, (the top one of the 5 commands of the popup menu). I was hoping to avoid that, it's very slow to rmb-delete on a lot of points, would be easier if dele...

Very interesting music video! It's a great action to do this king of video for non-profit organizations! Especially when it is for children!
