the TVPaint Android app requires Android 5.0 to run. UnfortunateIy, I am not sure it can run on an Hybrid, since Wacom stopped supporting this model.

The cause is definitely notifications. Sadly, we currently don't have a way to control them, so the only solution is setting Do Not Disturb up to be active during your work hours.
