Re: Importing Image Sequences in Any Format - Possible?
Uhm, you could still import PSD with layers into a separate TVP project each, distribute layers in time (with "link layers"), then export all frames, then re-import into TVP ... what you're describing is for distributing the PSD layers accross time. but what Ulrik wants is to import a seq...

Re: Re:
Any news about importing multilayered psd files as a sequence? It's still not possible to bring a PSD sequence and retain layers. But why won't you do it in After Effects? Open you PSD sequence as a composition, export each layer separately as a PNG sequence, and open each sequence as a layer in TVP.

Re: DPI calculation table
Many people use TVP for illustration.
Therefore print resolutions are very relevant.
Personally I like working on a A2 projects.
Also, most decent digital print houses do RGB > CMYK conversion online.
After all, TVP has the best brush engine out there on commercially available software.

Re: the "merge" options of the timeline
I use the merge pull down often, so it's nice to have it there, and I agree with Paul and Sandra that it's the most logical place for it to be. Saying that, I could also live with it if the command moved to right-click menu only, given that it lives somewhere convenient in the menu which won't requi...

Re: loading an image that is larger than the display
TVP 8 have custom brush option. But since Rich wants to create an animated pan, it would be unclever to load the image a custom brush, given that he can easily loose it in a click. It's safer and more sensible to load the image into another project and just have it there, open. Lastly, in TVP 8, The...

Re: loading an image that is larger than the display
Rich, it sounds like you're loading the image into an existing project, which results in what you describe. you'll need to get your image opened in TVP as a separate project. Go to Open > select your image > in the open panel make sure you have selected the "project" tab (at the bottom), s...

It's good.
One of the better shorts I've seen done with TVP.
Anton made some good acting choices, and overall good pacing.

Re: Animators Needed!! Great Freelance Gig!
Anthony, that was well mesmerizing.
Very captivating imagery, and non-banal.
Also, great timing. you really got it paced well.
And above all, you're really willing to go the distance with the amount of drawing!
keep it up.
p.s. - I think my favorite bit was the Panda.
